Inspection
Regular inspection and performance assessment of fire safety measures the first step in ensuring fire safety in your building. For most strata schemes, fire equipment inspections are also required under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation (2000).
Repair
Repairing defective fire safety measures often involves engaging a range of qualified & competent tradespeople. We employ all our own tradespeople, which means in most cases, you will have just one point of contact throughout the process.
AFSS
The Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) is the ‘final product’ – the culmination of a building undertaking both the required inspections & required repairs to the fire safety systems in a building.
Asbestos Doors
Civil Fire is a Class A asbestos removal license holder (#AD212197) and can remove and dispose of asbestos safety and legally.
I don’t think we’ve had contractors come through before who were so clean and tidy, helpful and responsive with ideas about how to better maintain the heritage and be compliant and generally respectful of the property.
He was so thoughtful, he stopped the really noisy part of the repair so I could answer calls. I went out at lunch, and he was on his hands and knees washing the floor in the entry because he’d brought in some debris from the street.
